Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you on  EVA Decoru shipment to the shipping carrier. You shall be responsible for payment of all shipping, insurance, customs charges and other transportation costs for shipment of products ordered by you through the site, unless otherwise stated on the site or agreed by  EVA Decoru (such as through a special offer).
